Forming a successful team

Deputy General Director of the United House-Building Corporation Group of Companies
Like-minded person or opponent?
One of the eternal HR questions is who is more valuable to a team: like-minded people or people with different views on problems, who have their own point of view on everything and are ready to defend it.

There is no clear answer. If we are talking about the formation of strategy and corporate values, then, of course, we need to look for like-minded people. If we are talking about a comprehensive approach to solving problems, then in this case a team with different views and approaches will be more effective. Hiring people who will agree with the manager on everything and look at problems from the same angle will greatly limit the company in decision-making flexibility.

Generalist or specialist

What kind of employees should you hire: generalists or narrow specialists? In this case, you need to understand what kind of company we are talking about.

If the organization is at the successful job seekers database team stage of formation, there are not many employees, the volume of work in various areas is not yet large, then the emphasis should be on generalists. Such specialists will close the maximum number of narrow tasks without unnecessary costs.

When a company is large enough and has

many functional areas, then successful team in this case, narrow specialists will be in demand. They will be able to provide a more professional approach to solving issues, since each of them is better oriented in their own area, has experience, appropriate education and qualifications.

Professional? That’s not enough!

I can say from my own successful team we invent the outreach sales execution platform experience that it is very important to properly structure the personnel selection agb directory process. Many factors need to be taken into account. In order for an employee to be as effective as possible, he needs to be in the right place, doing something for which he has high potential and corresponding abilities.
