What is TikTok

Today, TikTok is one of the most popular social networks that exists as an application. Therefore, when we talk about TikTok, we are talking about smartphones. The main content is short videos up to 60 seconds long.

 

But the most popular videos last from 9 to 15 seconds.

 

The themes are varied, but all are tied to music in one way or another. And this will need to be taken into account when creating advertising videos.

TikTok’s audience in Russia (May 2019) was 8 million users . On average, they watch 10 billion videos per month. 40% of the audience is under 18 years old. Most of the audience (58%) are women. Over the past time, the audience may have grown significantly, but TikTok has not yet reported official statistics.

It can be assumed that TikTok’s audience is mainly schoolchildren and students. But not only! There is a very diverse audience here, of different ages and with a wide variety of interests.
